How much protein is in each serving?
Each bag of Benefit Protein Candy contains 20 grams of protein. It's a tasty way to get more protein without drinking another shake or eating another boring bar.
Does it actually taste like candy?
Absolutely. Our goal is candy first, protein second. Benefit tastes like real candy—not like chalky protein bars or weird snacks. Our customers say it's hard to believe it has protein at all!

Will the candy melt during shipping?
We ship all orders with insulated packaging, ice packs, and priority shipping to help prevent melting. However, we recommend bringing your package inside immediately after delivery—especially in hot weather.
Will the candy melt during shipping?
If your gummies arrived melted, pop them in the fridge and they will firm back up. They do contain potassium sorbate which is a preservative making them still safe to eat. If you are still not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24-48 hours at morganmayer@benefitbites.store with an image of your melted candy and we will take care of you!
How do you ship the candy during hot weather?
In the summertime, orders will only be shipped Monday - Wednesday to prevent melting. Every order will be 2-day shipping and pack with ice packs and insulation. We recommend tracking your package and ensuring someone is available to receive it upon delivery.
What are Beneflops?
Beneflops are our imperfect-shaped protein candy sold at a discounted rate for FINAL SALE. Same great taste and nutrition—just a little wonky looking. No refunds or replacements for melting or shape, but they’re still delicious!
Do you offer subscriptions or bundles?
