When shipping to a hot location, we ship orders with insulated packaging and ice packs to help prevent melting. However, we recommend bringing your package inside immediately after delivery—especially in hot weather. During summer months, refunds or replacements for melted orders are only offered if Priority Mail (or faster) is selected at checkout. If your gummies arrived melted, pop them in the fridge and they will firm back up. They do contain potassium sorbate which is a preservative making them still safe to eat.If you are still not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24-48 hours at morganmayer@benefitbites.store and we will take care of you!
Beneflops are our imperfect-shaped protein candy sold at a discounted rate for FINAL SALE. Same great taste and nutrition—just a little wonky looking. No refunds or replacements for melting or shape, but they’re still delicious!
